Writing to yourself

Whatever it is, the way Writing for ourselves is like looking in the mirror and seeing new features every time.

Have you ever started writing and realized you thought you were going in one direction but then ended up somewhere completely different? Therein lies the gift of writing towards the self.

In this workshop we will use guiding prompts to access thoughts, feelings, and internal experiences that may be hiding behind our usual coping mechanisms.

This is an invitation to search out,

imagine and craft a new message for yourself, to explore what your inner voice is whispering and translate it into what comes next.
