Returns of any domecíl product ordered on domecil.com is possible within 7 (seven) working days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. Return postal charges are to be paid by the customer. Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, domecíl will not accept returned products that have been worn or damaged. Once the goods have been received you will receive a confirmation email. Your exchange/refund will then be processed.
