Wild Cordials & Seasonal Shrubs - A Hands On Workshop

Join Susan Ellicott, a British private chef and food writer whose work centers on seasonal, foraged, and locally grown ingredients to learn how to turn plants that grow around us - including prickly pear cactus fruit and locally foraged aromatics - into beautiful, gift-worthy drinking syrups and vinegars.

This relaxed, social workshop is designed for all skill levels and focuses on simple techniques you can easily repeat at home.

Each participant will make and bottle their own custom cordial or shrub to take home - pertect as a Valentine's gift or a treat for yourself.

All materials are provided. Space is limited.
