Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Domecíl! Please review our shipping policy for important information about order processing, shipping times, and costs.
Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification once your order has shipped. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders placed by 10am PST will ship that day if it falls on a shipping day; orders placed after 10am PST will ship on the next available shipping day.
We do not ship on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Shipping Rates and Estimates We ship primarily via UPS, as well as other major carriers and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to international locations or Armed Forces bases.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to follow your shipment's progress.
Delays and Issues Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather or carrier delays may affect your delivery. If your order is delayed or lost, please reach out to us at onlineshop@domecil.com or 805-324-4971.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at onlineshop@domecil.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Address Changes Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you need to make a correction, contact us immediately at onlineshop@domecil.com.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
In-Store Pickup In-store pickup is available during regular shop hours. Please allow 4 hours for your order to be processed and ready for pickup.
Shop Hours: Monday–Saturday: 11am–6pm Sunday: 11am–4pm

Holiday & Seasonal Delays During peak shopping seasons and holidays, processing times may be extended beyond our standard 2 business days. We'll do our best to communicate any delays and appreciate your patience during busy periods.
